This form is meant to be filled only by

1. Students who are NOT already studying at NMC and willing to take admission at NMC in classes Nursery to 11.
2. Students studying at NMC in class 10th (in the session 2019-20) and want admission in Class 11.

यह फॉर्म केवल उन विद्यार्थियों के लिए है :

१. जो वर्तमान में NMC के विद्यार्थी नहीं हैं एवं NMC में नर्सरी से 9 तक की किसी कक्षा या 11वीं कक्षा में प्रवेश लेना चाहते हैं।
२. जो वर्तमान में NMC में कक्षा 10 के विद्यार्थी हैं एवं 11वीं कक्षा में प्रवेश लेना चाहते हैं।
